Biography

I was born and raised in New York City and on Long Island, New York. After serving in the U.S. Navy in the Middle East on an Admiral's staff, I then enrolled in college and graduated Hofstra University with major in computer science & business.

I then engaged in business for the fortune 1000, doing challenging systems work. My prime clients were banks and large real estate firms. After 18 years I went out on my own to form Homes America Realty and All American Funding, which I managed for 20 years.

In 2004 I moved my family to St. Augustine, Florida, and bought a home the third day after visiting there. Great people and a super area have made this all happen. St. Augustine, as I found, has always been a well kept secret.

As of early 2010, I decided to return to the New York area due to my vast experience and familiarity with the area. I presently am an active licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker for both Florida and New York, and also a member of the Columbia Society of Appraisers. Additionally I am a member of the Kiwanis Club, Chamber of Commerce, and VFW. My hobbies include golf and many outdoor sports.

My family includes a wonderful daughter and two beautiful grandchildren that continually give me lots of joy and happiness.
